Agreement​

By using assoulinewigs.com, buying from us or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell​

​

• Custom-made wigs, produced to your measurements and specifications.

• Pre-made wigs and hair accessories.

• Services: consultations, fittings, cutting, styling, washing and wig care.

• Courses in wig cutting and styling.

Custom wig orders

​

A custom wig is made for you and cannot be resold. Because of this:

• We will confirm your specifications — length, colour, texture, cap size and construction — in writing before production begins. Please check them carefully; they are what we build to.

• Production takes 6 to 10 weeks from confirmation and payment.

• Hair is a natural material. Colour and texture may vary slightly from photographs or samples. This is not a defect.

• Once production has begun, specifications cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping​

​

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery is one to two weeks from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; carriers and customs are outside our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. Please check the rules that apply in your country before ordering.

Bookings and appointments​

​

Appointments are confirmed by email once booked. Please arrive on time; we may have to shorten or reschedule a heavily delayed appointment.

Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Courses​

​

Course fees, dates and content are set out on the relevant course page. A place is only reserved once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable.

We may reschedule a course if too few students enrol or if circumstances prevent us from running it. In that case you may take the new date or receive a full refund including the deposit, at your choice.

Course materials, including any documents, videos and techniques taught, are our intellectual property. They are for your personal professional use. You may not record, copy, resell or teach them as your own.

Intellectual property​

Everything on this site — text, photographs, logos, the AO monogram and page design — belongs to Oshrit Assouline Wigs and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Photographs of clients are published only with their consent.

Acceptable use​

​

Do not use this site to break the law, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt unauthorised access, or to copy our content for a competing business.

​

Liability

​

We stand behind our work. But to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product, service or course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results that depend on how a wig is worn, styled or cared for after it leaves us.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Jerusalem.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes

​

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
