Our commitment

Oshrit Assouline Wigs serves many people who come to us after hair loss, illness or treatment. Making our site and our studio usable by everyone is not an afterthought for us.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and to comply with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 5773-2013.

What we have done on this website

• Text alternatives on images that carry meaning.

• Headings and page structure that screen readers can follow.

• Keyboard navigation throughout, without a mouse.

• Colour contrast checked against the WCAG AA threshold.

• Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens.

• Forms with labels that assistive technology can read.

Where we fall short

​

We would rather tell you than pretend otherwise. We are currently working on:

• Some older images that still lack a text alternative.

• Third-party components — the booking calendar, the chat widget and embedded maps — whose accessibility we do not fully control.

• Contrast on a few decorative sections.

These are being corrected. If one of them is blocking you today, contact us and we will help you directly, by phone or in person.

Accessibility at our studio

Our studio is at 15 Paran Street, Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem. If you have specific access needs, call us before your visit on +972 58-667-8537 and we will make arrangements. Consultations can also be held online by video, which many clients find easier.
